THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Printable on its gloss face. The back is matte
  • Not suitable for textiles
  • Also available: Washaffix self-adhesive vinyl which allows you to create adhesive labels in any size and shape (Ref. 035909)

 

 

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 200ºC
  • Place the sticker on the press and the printed part of the paper against the glossy side of the sticker. Fix them with heat-resistant tape
  • Close the press at a medium-high pressure for 10 seconds
  • Remove the newly printed sticker using a protective glove
  • Peel off the paper carefully
  • Remove the backing paper to reveal the adhesive side for sticking
