THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Keep the elastic band out of the heat press or cover it with protective paper and heat-resistant tape to prevent damage from heat
Place a silicone or cardboard pad on the inside of the zipped pocket to make it more rigid and avoid sublimation failures
You can use a Nomex protective pad on the press plate to prevent scratching from the zipper. Available in Related Products
The interior of the tobacco holder is not sublimable
Before sublimation, it is recommended to clean the surface with a lint brush to remove impurities on the fabric

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design on paper in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Keep the elastic band out of the press or cover it with protective paper and heat-resistant tape
Before ironing, it is recommended to clean the printable surface of the tobacco box with a lint remover in order to remove any impurities from the fabric that could get into the print
Place the pouch on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the pouch. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 40-50seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated pouch
