Straight edges overlocked with nylon and sewn fringes
Rod with 2 plastic stoppers on the ends to prevent it from slipping out of the pennant
Stitching at the top to insert the rod once sublimated
Cord in the same colour as the fringes, sewn on the back
Can also be personalised with other techniques such as screen printing, DTF, textile vinyl, transfer or embroidery
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Before sublimating, it is advisable to remove the rod from the pennant
The cord should remain outside the press during sublimation

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 °C
Place the pennant on the lower plate of the press with the glossy side up and the printed design on the glossy side of the pennant. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
Ensure the cord remains outside the press before sublimating
Press at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed pennant
Carefully remove the paper
Insert the rod at the top of the pennant and attach the ends or stoppers
