DESCRIPTION

Two-colour short-sleeved raglan T-shirts. For men and women
Technical fabric of 2 types of polyester:
- Side panels and inner sleeve: micro-perforated. Facilitates sweat evaporation
- Main fabric: mesh o bird's eye
Round neck with seam strap reinforcement on the inside. Non-deformable
Regular cut and breathable. Suitable for all types of sports and outdoor activities
Only the white part or the neon colour can be sublimated
You can also customise them with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, textile vinyl and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Before sublimating, it should be taken into account that the colours of the T-shirt will blend with the colours of the image to be printed, changing their hue. One way to minimise this effect is to choose dark coloured designs

TIPS AND TRICKS

Use foam to cushion, avoid or minimise ironing marks during ironing. sublimation paper during ironing
Apply temporary spray adhesive on the lower platen of the press to avoid ghosting during dye sublimation printing

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given asa guideonly . It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print on design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Clean the T-shirt with a lint brush to remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
Place the T-shirt on the bottom plate of the iron and the printed part of the paper on the T-shirt
Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed T-shirt
Carefully remove the paper
