RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to make preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the blue film that protects the aluminium foil
- Place the foil on the base of the plate
- Place the pre-printed design on the foil
- Close the press at medium pressure for 90 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed foil
- Carefully remove the paper
