THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The capacity of the card holder depends on the thickness and relief of the cards. It is estimated that it can hold up to 6 cards
Leave the non-sublimatable part of the flap out of the plate. If this is not possible, cover it with heat seal tape, a piece of thick paper or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during printing
Make sure the heat seal tape does not touch the leather of the wallet as you may tear it off when peeling it off

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to make preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Protect the non-sublimatable parts of the flap with paper and try to keep them out of the plate
Place the wallet on the iron and the printed part of the paper on the wallet flap. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Make sure that the adhesive heat tape does not touch the leather-like fabric of the wallet as this could be torn off when peeling it off
Close the press with medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed wallet
