RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the transparent plastic film from the wood
Place the badge on the base plate of the plate and the printed part of the paper on the badge
Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed badge
Carefully remove the paper
Remove the sticker from the adhesive of the magnetic plate and stick the plate to the back of the badge
To attach the badge, simply attach the badge to the inside of the garment using the plastic holder
