THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Before personalising the cap, it should be taken into account that the shade of the cap colours will be mixed with the colours of the image to be printed. The original colours of the image are likely to change in tone. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours
In the case of the black cap (Ref. 039499) we recommend customising with an alternative technique to sublimation as the colours of the design will be imperceptible with this technique

Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200°C
Place the cap on the base of the cap iron and the printed side of the paper on the side to be sublimated
Close the press with medium pressure for 30 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly personalised cap
