RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print your design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Place the Teflon pad under the bead to ensure even pressure during printing
Place the protective paper on the ends of the cord to avoid burning or damaging the product during printing
Place the sublimatable part of the lanyard on the bottom plate of the plate and the printed part of the paper on the sublimatable part of the lanyard
Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly sublimated lanyard
Carefully remove the paper with the printed design and the protective paper at the ends
Carefully remove the teflon pillow that you placed under the bead
