RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH CUP IRON
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180-200 °C
Place the printed paper around the mug and fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the newly printed mug
Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mode mirror
Heat the oven to 200 ºC
Place the printed paper around the mug and fix it with heat adhesive tape
Tighten the clamp or place the mug in a heat shrink bag and heat with a heat gun to avoid wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublime in the oven for 8 minutes
With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, the silicone film or remove the bag, depending on the case
