DESCRIPTION

T-shirts made of white silk-like sheen
Very soft to the touch and pleasant to the touch. Fabric breathable
Armholes, collar and bottom hem reinforced with double stitching
Sublimatable on the entire surface, including seams (prints all over or full print)
Without sleeves y round neck non-deformable
Straight cut standard. Neither too tight nor too loose
You can also customise them with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, textil vinyl and screen printing

TIPS AND TRICKS

Use foam anti-marking to cushion, avoid or minimise ironing marks
Clean T-shirts with a lint brush before sublimation to remove impurities or dust
Use protective paper on the ironing plates press to prevent smudging inks
Apply temporary spray adhesive on the lower platen of the press to avoid ghosting during the dye sublimation printing

Wash at maximum temperature 30 ºC
Do not bleach or dry clean
Air dry
Iron at maximum temperature of 110 ºC

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only . It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Use a lint remover brush to clean the t-shirt to remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
Place the t-shirt on the lower platen on the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed t-shirt
Carefully peel off the paper
