THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The coating on frosted jars may have white specks that become almost imperceptible during sublimation. They may also have slightly less coating on the rims than on the body of the jar
Due to its slightly conical shape, it is advisable to personalise the upper part of the jug Ref. 053966
Remove the paper cold after sublimation Ref. 053966. As it is transparent it is possible that slight marks may be visible, you can use repositionable spray adhesive instead of heat tape to reduce them

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH CUP IRON
Print on design at mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180 °C
Place the paper with the printed side on the stein and fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 300 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly sublimated stein freshly sublimated
Peel off the paper carefully
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design at mode mirror
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
Place the printed design in mirror image around the stein and fix it using adhesive heat tape
Tighten the clamp, or insert the stein inside a heat-shrinkable bag heat shrink and heat with the heat shrink stripping gun avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 13 - 15 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
