RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print on design in mirror mode with your sublimation printer
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Place protective paper in the lower platen of the press
- Remove the film card protector from both sides of the card
- Place the printed design on the card. Fix the paper to the card with thermal adhesive tape to prevent it from moving.
- Place the card in the lower platen card in the press and cover it with protective paper
- Iron at medium pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the card
