RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Place the printed paper in contact with the dispenser/toothbrush holder and secure it with heat tape
- Close the press at a medium pressure for 180 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated dispenser/toothbrush holder
- Carefully remove the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 200 °C
- Place the printed paper in contact with the dispenser/toothbrush holder and secure it with heat tape
- Place it in the oven for 15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated dispenser/toothbrush holder
- Carefully remove the paper
