WITH A HEAT PRESS (DIRECT METHOD)
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180 °C
Pre-press the coaster at 175 ºC with medium-high pressure for 5-10 seconds
Place the Nomex pad on the base of the oven press
Place the coaster with the white side facing upwards on the pad and the printed side of the paper on the coaster. Secure with heat adhesive tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the coaster from sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
Once cool, adhere the cork sheet to coaster
WITH A HEAT PRESS (INDIRECT METHOD)
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 175 ºC
Pre-press the coaster at 175 ºC with medium-high pressure for 5-10 seconds
Place the Nomex pad on the base of the press
Place the printed side of the paper on the coaster and fix it with heat adhesive tape
Place the coaster with the printable side down on the pad
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 300 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the coaster
Carefully peel off the paper
Once cool, adhere the cork sheet to coaster
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mode mirror
Heat the oven to 180-200 ºC
Place the printed part of the paper on the coaster and fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Place the coaster inside a heat shrink bag heat-shrinkable and peel it off with the heat gun
Close the oven for 8-10 minutes
With the help of a protective glove, remove the coaster from sublimated
