RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Place protective paper in the lower platen and on it the insert with the dominoes tiles
Place the printed part of the paper on the tiles. You can fix it with heat tape to prevent the design from moving
Completely cover the pieces to be sublimated with protective paper to ensurethat the heat plate of the plate does not get stained
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the tiles from the insert just sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
If you want to sublimate the other side of the tiles, wait for them to cool down and repeat all the steps above
