RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guideonly. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, the inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.
CUP GRIDDLE
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180 °C
Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Close the press at medium-high pressure for 90-120 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug to the freshly sublimated film
Carefully peel off the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Heat the oven to 180 °C
Place the printed design in mirror image around the mug and fix it using adhesive heat tape
Tighten the clamp, or insert the mug into a heat-shrinkable bag to heat shrink and heat it with the heat shrink stripping gun You can also use a heat shrink wrap to avoid wrinkles silicone sheet
You can also use a mug in the oven for 6 minutes
