INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the iron to 200 ºC
Place the fabric loop on the iron and leave out the ring and the metal part. Adjust the iron as much as possible to the metal part to sublimate the entire surface. Place heat tape on the metal part to avoid any damage
Insert protective paper between the two sides of the loop to avoid staining the side you are not sublimating
Place the printed design on the fabric loop. Secure it with heat tape to prevent it from moving
Close the iron and sublimate at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
Open the iron and remove the sublimated fabric loop with a protective glove
