RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in direct mode
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- In order to properly sublimate this photo panel is recommended to use a Nomex pad, which is available at Related Products
- Place the Nomex pad on the lower platen of the press y protective paper on the pad so that it does not smudge
- Place the printed design on the back of the photo panel and fix it with heat adhesive tape
- Place it on the press with the printable side downwards
- Close the press at medium pressure for 240 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the photo panel from printed
- Carefully peel off the paper
