INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION AND APPLICATION PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
PATCH SUBLIMATION
Print the design on mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180 °C
Place the printed part of the paper on the patch of leatheretteand fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Close the press with pressure half for 60 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly applied patch. sublimated
Peel off the paper carefully
APPLYING HOTMELT FILM TO THE PATCH
Place the patch on the lower platen of the press with the sublimated side facing down and the rough side of the patch on the sheet side down and the rough side of the back of the patch. It is recommended to place protective paper on the lower platen and on top of the sheet
Iron at 140 ºC for 15 seconds to adhere the adhesive to the patch. sheet to the patch
APPLICATION OF THE CUSTOM PATCH
Preheat the press to 180 °C
Place protective paper on the lower platen
Remove the protective liner from the sheet
