DESCRIPTION

SUBLIFLOCK FIBERPLUS is a thermo-adhesive printable flock film (400 µ) for textile transfer.

  • Can be cut with any type of plotter
  • No transfer tape needed
  • Made in France by Sef Laval

 

 

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • For complex or detailed designs, it may be convenient to use application tape, see Related Products
  • After printing the vinyl with sublimation ink, it should be left to dry. Transfer it to the garment once the ink is dry to the touch
  • Print it using cut marks to cut it with the plotter

 

 

SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS

  • Temperature: 190-210ºC
  • Time: 30-40 seconds
  • Pressure: low

 

 

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

  • Knife blade: 30-45º
  • Speed ≈40 cm/s
  • Temperature: 160-170ºC
  • Pressure: 2.5-3.0 bar [medium pressure]
  • Time: 15-17 seconds

 

 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1. DYE SUBLIMATION VINYL PRINTING

  • Print the paper in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 190-210ºC
  • Place the vinyl on the lower platen with the matte and velvety side facing upwards
  • Put the printed side of the paper over the vinyl
  • Press for 30-40 seconds, medium pressure
  • Take the sublimated vinyl out of the press
  • Let the ink dry

STEP 2. TRANSFERRING THE VINYL TO THE FABRIC

  • When the ink is dry to the touch, cut the sublimated vinyl with the plotter
  • Weed out your excess vinyl
  • In case of using an application tape, stick it to the vinyl starting from the centre outwards, avoiding creasing the vinyl
  • Preheat the press to 160-170ºC
  • Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
  • Place the vinyl on the garment with the sublimated side facing upwards
  • Cover with protective paper
  • Press for 15-17 seconds, medium pressure
  • Remove the transfer tape if you have used one
  • Warm peel the liner

 

 

WASH RESISTANCE

  • Washing resistance: 60ºC max

 

 

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • It is not recommended to keep the vinyl in storage for more than 36 months
