THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The customisable side has a clear plastic protective film that needs to be removed before sublimating. The film on some coaster includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removable
Although it does not interfere with print quality, the edges may contain some residue from the laser cut and can stain when touched. If this happens, it is recommended to clean the puzzle pieces with a damp cloth before sublimating
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180ºC
Remove the transparent plastic film from the puzzle coaster
Place the jigsaw coaster on the press' lower platen and the paper's printed side against its white side
Press at medium pressure for 60-80 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed puzzle coaster
