DESCRIPTION

Text cut with laser in the upper area or on the side
Rounded edges. Brown back and edges
Can be placed on landscape or portrait orientation
Presented in an A5 or box A5 board book or A4. You can buy more boxes like these at Related Products (Ref. 050546 y Ref. 027514)
They can also be personalised with other techniques such as screen printing, self-adhesive vinyl, transfer, DTF e UV direct printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

They do not include brackets and hooks. You can find different options at Related Products
If you opt for the MDF wood table stand as a support, it is recommended to use the 8 cm stand for the 15 x 20 cm panels in horizontal orientation and the 15 cm stand for the vertical ones. For the other panel sizes we also suggest using the 15 cm
The customisable side has a clear plastic protective film that needs to be removed before sublimating. The film on some photopanels includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removable
You will receive the box closed with adhesive tape and a label. Both are removable. They can be easily removed without damaging the box so you can reuse it

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Remove the protective plastic clear of the printable side from panel
Pre-iron for 5-10 seconds
Place the panel on the press and the printed part of the paper on the white side from panel. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the panel from the new sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
Place a weeder or a tabletop stand to use as a picture frame
