DESCRIPTION

• Mug with interior message “The best dad in the world” perfect as a gift for Father's Day or his birthday
• Cylindrical body customisable over its entire exterior surface
• Suitable for customisation with a transfer press using 11 oz resistances. Also with a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets, or shrink wrap bags
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as DTF, screen printing, transfer, and adhesive vinyl

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, inks, or ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct tests.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 °C
• Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 180 °C
• Place the printed design in mirror mode around the mug and secure it using thermal adhesive tape
• Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink wrap bag and heat with the heat gun avoiding wrinkle formation. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
• Carefully remove the paper from the mug
