RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 180 ºC
Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the oven to 180 ºC
Place the printed design in mirror mode around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant tape
Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with the heat gun to avoid wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
