RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Press for 180 seconds, medium-heavy pressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug
Remove the paper carefully
SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the sublimation oven to 180ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the wrap around it, or insert it in a heat shrink bag and create a vacuum with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Place the mug in the oven for 13 minutes
At the end of the process, remove the mug using a protective glove
