THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Before sublimating the mug, you should bear in mind that these colours will blend with those of the image you want to print, changing its tone. One way to minimise this effect is by choosing dark designs.
Avoid microwave use. Hand wash preferably.

Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image.
Preheat the press to 200ºC with an 11oz mug heater.
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
Press for approximately 200 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed cup.
Carefully peel off the paper.
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image.
Preheat the sublimation oven to 180ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
Attach a wrap for oven sublimation or a silicone sheet around the mug. You can also create a vacuum using a heat shrink bag.
Place the mug in the oven for 13 minutes
Once sublimated, take the mug out using a protective glove.
