IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
The cardboard of this blister is coated on one side with a transparent film that is sublimable. When exposed to a temperature above 150 °C, it tends to yellow. To reduce this, we recommend:
Press the entire surface of the blister to even out the colour, even if you only print a part
Perform a full-print sublimation. Hide the background colour with the design
Use sublimation paper with a weight of 100-105 g/m2 for better results
The measurements for the maximum mug size should be taken as follows: width (base diameter + handle) x height x base (diameter)
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 160 °C
Pre-press the blister inside out for 10 seconds to remove moisture from the cardboard
Place the blister on the press with the glossy side up and the printed side of the paper on the glossy side of the blister. Secure it with thermal adhesive tape
Close the press with medium pressure for 80 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated blister
