<li>Heat the press to <span style="color: #4a90e2;"><span style="font-size: 15.4px;"><strong>200 °C</strong></span></span></li>
<li>Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape</li>
<li>Close the press at a <strong>medium-high</strong> pressure for <span class="azul-negrita">180 seconds</span></li>
<li>Use a protective glove to remove the freshly printed mug</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WITH MUG OVEN/3D OVEN</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in mirror mode</li>
<li>Heat the sublimation oven to <span style="color: #4a90e2;"><span style="font-size: 15.4px;"><strong>200 °C</strong></span></span></li>
<li>Place the printed side of the paper on the mug, secure it with heat-resistant tape, and use a sublimation oven clamp</li>
<li>Place the mug in the oven for <strong><span class="azul-negrita">15 minutes</span></strong></li>
<li>At the end of the process, remove the mug with a protective glove</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
