Wooden panels in various sizes suitable for photo printing
Made of 3 mm board edged with 10 mm strips to simulate a greater thickness
Formed from chipboard. Not included, you can buy them separately
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Use the formers to avoid deformation due to the combined effect of heat and pressure during sublimation
The 15 x 20 cm panel does not need a last, as its size means that there is no risk of deformation
The sides are dark-coloured due to laser cutting and can get dirty when rubbed with the hands
As it is a porous product, traces of the paper may remain on the panel once it has been transferred. To remove them you can use a cloth dampened with alcohol, it will not erase the sublimated image

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 190 ºC
Place the panel with the insert correspondingly on the lower platen of the press and the design with the printed side on the panel. You can use heat tape to prevent it from moving.
Close the press with medium pressure for 110 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the panel from the new sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
Place something heavy on top of the panel for at least 5 minutes, while it cools, to prevent it from bending
