To make it easier for you to printing we provide you with the following template with the area of the dye sublimation printing from panel. To view the layers of the template, open the PDF file using Photoshop.
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 190 °C
Remove the film
Place the printed part of the printed paper on the white side from panel. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape
Place protective paper on the base of the press and the panel with the printed paper on the paper
Cover with protective paper
Close the press at medium pressure for 60 seconds
With the help of a protective glove remove the panel just printed
