  • Perforated and ready to personalise

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Estimated shelf life: 24 months from delivery, provided storage conditions are met
  • It is possible to print a few or many sheets at a time. Maximum sheet volume will depend on the printer used

 

 

TEMPLATES FOR CUSTOMISATION

To facilitate the work of design and printing it is advisable to use the following templates available at PDF version (for use as layer in Photoshop) and in AI version (requires using the latest version of Adoble Illustrator):

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LASER PRINTING

  • In order to make it easier to remove the labels from the sheetTo make it easier to remove the labels, fold the pre-cut lines in all directions.
  • Read the user manual and make tests to determine the most suitable configuration of the laser printer. Considering: printing volume, thickness and weight of the paper thickness and weight, types of trays available...
  • The sheets should be at the printing site at least 24 hours before the start of the job, in order to adapt to the temperature and humidity conditions humidity
  • For optimal results, always print at actual size. Never adjust or fit the image on the sheet
  • The parameters recommended print page scaling are: PDF => NONE and AI => DO NOT CHANGE SCALE.

 

 

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design in mode mirror
  • Preheat the press to 180 ºC
  • Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press
  • Place on the sheet the design previously printed and fix it with heat tape to prevent it from moving
  • Place protective paper
  • Close the press at medium pressure for 60 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed sheet the freshly printed
  • Carefully peel off the paper
  • Fold along the pre-cut lines for easy removal of the newly sublimated name tags
