RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Place the case on the press base and pre-press for 5-10 seconds to remove wrinkles
Insert protective paper inside the case to avoid staining the other side
Place the printed design on the case and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium pressure for 35-45 seconds
Use a protective glove to remove the freshly sublimated case
Carefully remove the paper
Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the case
