DESCRIPTION

• Perfect for celebrations, events, fairs, merchandising...
• The pin can be inserted in textile garments, hats, backpacks...
• Composed of 3 pieces: a plate of aluminium, round metal face with pin and support or butterfly clasp
• The pack includes: 25 pins, 25 sublimable sheets and 25 envelopes presentation brooches

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The sheet has a film of clear plastic film that protects the face printable that has to be removed before sublimating
• The round base of the pin has an adhesive paper yellow that needs to be removed to adhere the sheet personalised

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the plate on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the plate
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed plate.
• Peel off the paper carefully
