RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Place the cover on the base plate of the press and pre-press for 5-10 seconds to remove wrinkles
Insert protective paper inside the cover to avoid staining the other side
Place the printed design on the cover and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Cover with protective paper
Close the press with medium pressure for 35-45 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated cover
Carefully remove the paper
Repeat the process to sublimate the other side of the cover
