RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
TRANSFER PLATE FOR MUGS
- Print on design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the lid before sublimation
- Place the printed part of the paper on the tuband then insert it into the press to mugs
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 120 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the tub from the oven printed
- Carefully peel off the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Heat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
- Remove the lid before sublimation
- Place the printed part of the paper on the tub the envelope, attach it with heat tape and use a clamp or silicone sheet to sublimation oven
- Place the tub in the oven for 8 minutes
- At the end of the process, remove the tub with the help of a protective glove
- Carefully remove the clamp and then the paper
