<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200ºC</span></li>
<li>Place the cap on the lower platen of the press with the printed side of the paper on the white panel</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">30 seconds</span>, <strong>medium</strong> pressure</li>
<li>Using a protective glove, remove the newly personalised cap</li>
<li>Carefully peel off the paper</li>
