RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180-200ºC
Remove the lid from the bottle
Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Place the bottle inside the press
Press for 35 seconds, medium pressure
Remove the newly printed water bottle using a protective glove
Carefully peel off the paper
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Remove the lid from the bottle
Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Place and adjust the wrap around it or slide the bottle into a heat shrink bag and create a vacuum with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
Remove the newly printed water bottle using a protective glove
