RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
PIECES WITH MOULDS
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 180 ºC
Remove the transparent plastic film from the pieces and place them in the mould
Place the mould with the pieces on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on the mould. Secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60-80 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the mould with the freshly printed pieces
Carefully remove the paper
CHARACTER CARDS
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 180 °C
Pre-press the box inside out for 10 seconds to remove moisture from the cardboard
Place the cards on the printed side of the design. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
Place protective paper and the cards on the base plate of the press with the printed side of the paper on the sheet
Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed sheet
Carefully remove the paper
STORAGE BAG
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Untie the cord and remove it from the bag if you wish to sublimate the entire side of the bag
Place a thin paper or cardboard inside the bag to prevent colour transfer from one side to the other
Place the bag in the press and the printed side on the bag
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed bag
