THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The customisable side has a clear plastic protective film that needs to be removed before sublimating. The film on some parts includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removable
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200 °C
- Place the insert with the cards on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the insert. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press at medium pressure for 45-50 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the insert with the freshly sublimated cards
- Carefully peel off the paper
