Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Clean the T-shirt with a lint brush to remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
Place the T-shirt on the base plate of the iron and the printed part of the paper on the T-shirt
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated T-shirt
