DESCRIPTION
- Any tool capable of cutting materials with a 2 mm thickness can be used
- Sheets with straight, precise, and uniform edges
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- It is recommended to use a strong or high adhesion cutting mat to cut it. We present some options in the Related Products
USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
- Unpack the cardboard sheets 24 hours before use and keep them on a flat surface. If the cardboard is deformed, place a heavy object on the sheets
- Perfectly adhere the cardboard sheet to the cutting mat
- Place adhesive tape on the four corners of the cardboard sheet, at least 1 mm from the edge
- Before placing the cardboard in the plotter, ensure that none of its components will mark the surface of the sheet when inserted into the machine (rollers, wheels, ...)
- Ensure that the plotter blade size is suitable for cutting materials with a 2 mm thickness and check its condition
- Check the cut before removing the mat from the plotter in case an additional cut pass is required
- Cutting images or patterns smaller than the recommended settings may result in inconsistent cuts or damage to the blade
- Very small or intricate cuts may work with some images and not others
- If a small piece falls out while cutting the cardboard: stop the plotter, remove the piece without removing the mat, and then resume the cutting process
