RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the protective film from the white side of the film
- Place the film on the base of the plate and the printed side of the paper on the film
- Close the press at medium pressure for 40 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed film
- Carefully remove the paper
- Remove the white paper from the key ring and stick the foil onto it
