Flexible polyurethane resin similar to methacrylate
Its flexibility allows you to create parts that can be bent but not stretched
Non-yellowing, good adhesion and resistant to erosion, high temperatures and UV rays
They are presented in bottles with safety caps, to prevent improper use
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The mixture should have a 1:1 ratio. You will get 2 L of resin to apply
Do not add more hardener than the indicated ratio
Store at room temperature (maximum 27 ºC). Humidity should be less than 50%
If you are going to work with a curing oven, it is necessary that the temperature during the working time is at least 26-27 ºC. If you are going to work with air drying, the temperature must be at least 22 ºC
Wear gloves to avoid skin irritation
It is advisable to let it dry: in the oven for 4 hours (35-40 ºC) and outdoors for 24 hours (27 ºC)
TIPS AND TRICKS
Use a scale to weigh the amount of each component separately
Mix both components for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous dough
Use a blowtorch to break up the bubbles when you let the mixture rest
Add pigments or glitter to the mix to customize the resin
Clean resin residue with acetone or alcohol while it's wet. Once the resin has cured and dried, it can be broken down by soaking it in acetone or alcohol and soaking it
