Customisable on both sides from seam to seam
Sizes to fit various plate and printer sizes
Includes specially designed label by Brildor with a space of 3 x 2 cm for your print logo or identification of your company or shop. On the back washing instructions will be visible on the label
They can also be personalised with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer, rhinestones, textile vinyl, DTG, DTF and screen printing

The cushion pad are purchased separately. See Related Products
You can use the 40 x 40 cm filler or 45 x 45 cm, we recommend 40 x 40 cm
Although it can be fully customised, we recommend leaving 0.5 cm on the side of the zip fastening (the width of the seam) to avoid damaging it

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print on design on mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Before ironing the cover before ironing, it is recommended to clean the surface printable surface with a lint remover to remove any impurities from the print fabric that could get into the print
Place the cushion cover on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against it
Close the press at a pressure medium-high for 35 seconds
Remove the newly printed cover using a protective glove
Carefully peel off the paper
